Performance Excusal Form

The Performance Excusal Form is due 2 weeks prior to any missed performance. You can find it here, and on the Documents and Forms page on the website.

Because our first chorus performance is on September 15th, that form WOULD be due by tomorrow, Friday the 1st, but because it's so close to the beginning of the year, I will be extending that due date until Friday, September 8th.

If any chorus student will not be present at the Josh Cole Tournament on Friday, September 15th and Saturday, September 16th, they must turn in the Performance Excusal Form NO LATER than Friday, September 8th. Please feel free to contact me with any questions!
